Big Star Property Solutions collects the minimum needed to quote and complete your job. This page explains exactly what that is and what happens to it.
What we collect
When you submit a quote request, we collect the name, phone number, email address, service address, selected service, and any job details you choose to include. That is the entire form — we do not collect anything you have not typed into it.
This site runs no third-party advertising or tracking scripts. We do not use cookies for advertising, and we do not sell, rent, or share your information with data brokers.
How we use it
Your information is used to contact you about your estimate, schedule and complete the work, and follow up afterwards. We may call, text, or email you about the specific request you submitted.
We do not add you to a marketing list without asking, and we do not use your details for anything unrelated to the job you contacted us about.
Where it is stored
Quote requests are stored in a private database hosted by Supabase, and a notification email is delivered through Resend. Both are used purely as infrastructure to deliver your request to us — neither is given permission to use your information for their own purposes.
How long we keep it
We retain quote requests for as long as needed to service the inquiry and maintain ordinary business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time and we will, unless we are required to keep a record of completed work.
Your choices

Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
