Terms of Service

Submitting the quote form is a request, not a booking. Nothing is scheduled until we have spoken with you and confirmed it. Estimates are given on site and in writing after we have seen the property — figures discussed beforehand are indicative only.

A written estimate is valid for 30 days and assumes the conditions we observed. If the scope changes materially once work begins — hidden damage, substantially more surface area, access we were not shown — we will stop, explain, and re-quote before continuing.

Exterior cleaning depends on weather. We may reschedule for rain, freezing conditions, or high wind, and we will give you as much notice as we reasonably can. Rescheduling for weather carries no charge.

Before we arrive, please close windows and doors, move vehicles clear of the work area, and tell us about anything fragile, unusual, or already damaged. We prepare and protect plants, fixtures, and surrounding areas as a matter of course.

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, failing sealant, loose siding, rotted wood, or defective installation revealed or worsened by normal, appropriate cleaning. Where we spot a risk before starting, we will point it out and agree an approach with you.

Payment is due on completion unless agreed otherwise in writing. We accept cash, check, credit card, debit card. Prices are in USD.

Big Star Property Solutions carries liability insurance. A certificate is available on request — just ask before your job starts.
